Independent Engineers means an independent petroleum engineering firm chosen by Borrower and acceptable to Administrative Agent.

Independent Engineers means two (2) engineers selected by Landlord from a pre-approved list. From time to time, but not more than once during any period of twelve (12) consecutive months, Landlord and Tenant may each recommend two or more independent professional engineers, licensed by the State of New York, for inclusion on the pre-approved list.
