Independent Controller definition
Independent Controller a party which is Controller of the same Personal Data as the other Party and there is no element of joint control with regards to that Personal Data;
Independent Controller of the Personal Data where the other Party is also “Controller”, in respect of certain Personal Data under a Contract and shall specify in Annex 1 (Processing Personal Data) which scenario they think shall apply in each situation.
