Indenture Documentation definition

Indenture Documentation has the meaning specified in the Nexstar Credit Agreement.

Indenture Documentation means, collectively, (a) Senior Notes Indenture Documentation, and (b) any other indenture, agreement, or other instrument executed by the Borrower or any other Consolidated Group Entity in connection with the issuance of any other public capital market Indebtedness.

Indenture Documentation means, collectively, (a) the Senior Second Lien Notes Indenture Documentation, (b) the Senior 67/8% Notes due 2020 Indenture Documentation, and (c) any other indenture, agreement, or other instrument executed by the Borrower or any other Mission Entity or Nexstar Entity, or any Subsidiary of any Loan Party in connection with the issuance of any other public Indebtedness.

• Designate all Obligations as “Designated Senior Indebtedness” under, and defined in, the Subordinated Debt Documents, the Senior 67/8% Notes due 2020 Indenture Documentation and all supplemental indentures thereto.

Indenture Documentation means the Indenture together with the related guarantee agreement, the security agreement, the pledge agreement and the indemnity, subrogation and contribution agreement and any other security documents executed in connection therewith.

Indenture Documentation means, collectively, the 3.25% Convertible Subordinated Note Documents, the 8.50% Convertible Senior Note Documents, the 8.50% Senior Secured Second Lien Note Documents and the 10.875% Senior Secured Second Lien Note Documents.

Indenture Documentation means 2010 Indenture Documentation, the Additional Senior Second Lien Secured Notes, any indenture for any Additional Senior Second Lien Secured Notes, and all agreements and instruments executed by the Borrower or any of the other Credit Parties in connection with the Additional Senior Second Lien Secured Notes and any indenture for any Additional Senior Second Lien Secured Notes, including without limitation, all agreements and instruments granting any second Lien to secure any of the Additional Senior Second Lien Secured Notes.

Indenture Documentation means the Existing Notes, the Indenture, and all agreements and instruments executed by the Borrower or any of the other Loan Parties in connection with the Existing Notes and the Indenture, including without limitation, all agreements and instruments granting any Lien to secure any of the Existing Notes, in each case on such terms and conditions, and subject to documentation, acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Indenture Documentation means, any indenture, agreement, or other instrument executed by the Borrower or any other Xxxxxxxx Entity, Nexstar Entity or Mission Entity, or any Subsidiary of any Loan Party in connection with the issuance of any public Indebtedness.

Indenture Documentation means the MEMC Notes Indenture, together with the related guarantee agreement, the security agreement, the pledge agreement and the indemnity, subrogation and contribution agreement and any other security documents executed in connection therewith, as amended from time to time.
