Indenture Collateral Agent definition

Indenture Collateral Agent means the Person acting as Indenture Collateral Agent under the Indenture, its successors in interest and any successor Indenture Collateral Agent under the Indenture.

Indenture Collateral Agent means, initially, The Chase Manhattan Bank, in its capacity as collateral agent on behalf of the Issuer Secured Parties, including its successors in interest, until and unless a successor Person shall have become the Indenture Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 6.17 hereof, and thereafter "Indenture Collateral Agent" shall mean such successor Person.
