Indenture Agent definition

Indenture Agent means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., in its capacity as Collateral Agent (as defined in the Indenture) and Trustee (as defined in the Indenture) under the Indenture, in each case, together with its successors in such capacity.
Indenture Agent means any Registrar, co-registrar, Paying Agent or additional paying agent.
Indenture Agent means Wilmington Trust, National Association and any successor collateral agent pursuant to the Senior Notes Documents.
