If and to the extent the aggregate of the amounts so transferred and deposited, after deduction for all Indenture Agent Expenses payable on such Payment Date, is less than total of the interest for each series of Notes payable on such Payment Date, the Trustee shall transfer and deposit to the Distribution Account from the Interest Reserve Account the amount of such deficiency, to the extent that funds for such purpose are available in the Interest Reserve Account.
