The Indenture Trustee shall have no obligation to invest and reinvest any cash held in the Indenture Accounts in the absence of timely and specific written investment direction from the Administrator or as expressly provided herein.
The Indenture Trustee shall keep all Collateral and related documentation in its possession separate and apart from all other property that it is holding in its possession and from its own general assets and shall maintain accurate records pertaining to the Permitted Investments and Indenture Accounts included in the Collateral in such a manner as shall enable the Indenture Trustee, the Secured Parties and the Issuer to verify the accuracy of such record keeping.
