Indenture Accounts definition

Indenture Accounts means the Indenture Distribution Account and the Indenture Collection Account.
Indenture Accounts means, with respect to the Indenture Securities of any series, the Indenture Securities Account and each Debt Service Reserve Account (if any) established for the benefit of Holders of the Indenture Securities of such series.
Indenture Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(a).

Examples of Indenture Accounts in a sentence

  • The Indenture Trustee shall have no obligation to invest and reinvest any cash held in the Indenture Accounts in the absence of timely and specific written investment direction from the Administrator or as expressly provided herein.

  • The Indenture Trustee shall keep all Collateral and related documentation in its possession separate and apart from all other property that it is holding in its possession and from its own general assets and shall maintain accurate records pertaining to the Permitted Investments and Indenture Accounts included in the Collateral in such a manner as shall enable the Indenture Trustee, the Secured Parties and the Issuer to verify the accuracy of such record keeping.

More Definitions of Indenture Accounts

Indenture Accounts has the meaning specified in Section 4.1.
Indenture Accounts means (a) Collateral Accounts (as defined in the Indenture) and (b) the Excess Cash Flow Account (as defined in the Indenture).

See “Description of the Notes and the Transaction DocumentsThe Indenture TrusteeInvestment of Amounts standing to the credit of Accounts.” Upon the discovery that a Contributed Construction Loan does not meet the Eligibility Criteria, (a) the relevant Originator or Metrofinanciera shall replace the affected Contributed Construction Loan (each such Contributed Construction Loan, a “Defective Contributed Construction Loan”) with a Replacement Contributed Construction Loan (as defined below) or (b) the relevant Originator or Metrofinanciera shall repurchase the Defective Contributed Construction Loan. In addition, the Originator of the applicable Contributed Construction Loan and Metrofinanciera will have the right to replace certain Contributed Construction Loans, which it reasonably believes will become delinquent or will otherwise require intervention (each such Contributed Construction Loan, an “Impaired Contributed Construction Loan”), with Replacement Contributed Construction Loans.
