Incremental Term Advances definition

Incremental Term Advances means Term Advances made by one or more Incremental Term Lenders to the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.01(g). Incremental Term Advances may be made in the form of, to the extent permitted by Section 2.04 and provided for in the relevant Incremental Assumption Agreement, Other Term Advances.
Incremental Term Advances has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).
Incremental Term Advances means term loan advances made by one or more Incremental Term Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(d).

Examples of Incremental Term Advances in a sentence

  • Each Borrowing shall consist of Incremental Term Advances made simultaneously by the Incremental Lenders ratably according to their Incremental Term Loan Commitments, as applicable.

  • The Borrower may prepay Incremental Term Advances pursuant to Section 2.06(a).

  • On the Maturity Date, the outstanding principal amount of all Term Advances and Incremental Term Advances shall be due and payable in full and the Borrower shall repay all such amounts and all other Obligations on such date.

More Definitions of Incremental Term Advances

Incremental Term Advances means any Advance made by one or more Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.23(b), made in the form of (a) additional Term Advances, (b) additional Term 2 Advances, (c) additional Tranche B Loans, (dc) additional Tranche B2 Loans or (ed) to the extent permitted by Section 2.23(b) and provided for in the relevant Incremental Assumption Agreement, Specified Incremental Term Advances.
Incremental Term Advances means all Term Advances made by a Lender pursuant to Section 2.17(f).
Incremental Term Advances means term Advances made by one or more Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.21(a). Incremental Term Advances which have the same terms as the Term Advances shall, after the making thereof, be Term Advances.
Incremental Term Advances means Term Advances made by one or more Incremental Term Lenders to the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.01(f). Incremental Term Advances may be made in the form of, to the extent permitted by Section 2.04 and provided for in the relevant Incremental Assumption Agreement, Other Term Advances.

Incremental Term Advances means any Advance made by one or more Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.23(b), made in the form of (a) additional Term Advances, (b) additional Tranche B Loans, (c) additional Tranche B2 Loans or, (d) additional Tranche B3 Loans or (e) to the extent permitted by Section 2.23(b) and provided for in the relevant Incremental Assumption Agreement, Specified Incremental Term Advances. “Incremental Term Borrowing” means a Borrowing comprised of Incremental Term Advances. “Incremental Term Commitment” means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to Section 2.23(b), to make any Incremental Term Advance to the Borrower. “Incremental Term Lender” means a Lender with an Incremental Term Commitment or an outstanding Incremental Term Advance. “Indebtedness” of any specified Person means, without duplication, (a) all indebtedness in respect of borrowed money, (b) all obligations of such Person evidenced by bonds, notes, debentures or similar instruments, (c) all obligations of such Person in respect of letters of credit or other similar instruments (including reimbursement agreements with respect thereto), (d) the Indebtedness of any other Persons to the extent guaranteed by such Person, (e) all obligations of such Person to pay the deferred and unpaid purchase price of any property (including Capital Lease Obligations), but excluding trade accounts payable or accrued liabilities arising in the Ordinary Course of Business, (f) all obligations under any accounts receivable financings, (g) all obligations attributable to Synthetic Leases related to tangible property, (h) all indebtedness referred 32
