Examples of Incremental Funds in a sentence

  • For purposes of clarity, the establishment of Incremental Revolving Commitments shall not be subject at any time to the Incremental Funds Certain Provision.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Incremental Funds can only be used under clause (1) above if they have not been otherwise included in Available Cash from Operating Surplus.

  • The Borrower may, from time to time solely during the Incremental Funds Availability Period, by written notice to the Administrative Agent, request to increase the Revolving Commitments.
