Incremental Commitment Amount definition

Incremental Commitment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.23.
Incremental Commitment Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of $150,000,000 over the aggregate amount of all Incremental Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.23.
Incremental Commitment Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) $100,000,000 over (b) the aggregate amount of all Incremental Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.01(c).
