Increase Request definition

Increase Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
Increase Request means a request by the Borrower for an increase of the Total Commitment in accordance with Section 2.03(c).
Increase Request means the written request sent to the Trust by the Seller pursuant to Section 2.1(b) in the form annexed hereto as Schedule "F";

For the sake of clarity, (i) performance guarantees (other than guarantees of the payment of Indebtedness), performance and surety bonds and environmental, “bad boy” and completion guarantees provided by the Borrower, the Parent, or any Subsidiary, (ii) pension liabilities of the Parent or any Subsidiary, (iii) indebtedness consolidated onto the books and records of the Parent for GAAP purposes under Accounting Standards Codification -39-
