Incorporated. ’ means, with respect to the production of a good, a material that is physically incorporated into that good, and includes a material that is phys- ically incorporated into another material before that material or any subse- quently produced material is used in the production of the good;

S. federal income tax purposes, a complete and executed U.S. Internal Revenue Service Form W-8BEN claiming a zero rate of withholding (or any successor forms thereto) and a Corporation Tax Treatment Certificate; or (e) in the case of a Non-Exempt Buyer that (i) is treated for U.S. federal income tax purposes as a partnership or other non-corporate entity, and (ii) is not organized under the laws of the United States, any State thereof, or the District of Columbia, (A)(1) a complete and executed U.S. Internal Revenue Service Form W-8IMY (or any successor forms thereto) (including all required documents and attachments) and
