Incident Management Process means the process which the Supplier shall implement immediately after it becomes aware of a Breach of Security which is intended to restore normal operations as quickly as possible, minimising any adverse effect on the Authority Data, the Authority, the Services and/or users of the Services and which shall be shall be prepared by the Supplier in accordance with paragraph 4 of Schedule 6 using the template set out in annex 3 of Schedule 6.

Incident Management Process is a Supplier-developed documented procedure to be followed in the event of an actual or suspected attack upon, intrusion upon, unauthorized access to, loss of, or other breach involving AT&T’s Information Resources.
