Except as would not reasonably be expected to be, individually or in the aggregate, material to Doge or its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, since Inception through the date hereof, (a) neither Doge nor any of its Subsidiaries has received any written notice of any violations of applicable Laws, Governmental Orders or Permits.
