Incentive Rate definition

Incentive Rate. Means the dollar per kW per Capability Period applicable to each Aggregation established in the first instance by Applicant based on the responsive bid to the RFP by Applicant.
Incentive Rate means a rate equal to two (2) percentage points above the prime or base rate of interest charged by Citibank, N.A., in New York from time to time as its prime or base commercial lending rate, but, if prohibited by applicable law, the maximum contract rate permitted by applicable law.
Incentive Rate means the rate paid by an Incentive Shipper as published in this Tariff. “Incentive Shipper” means a Shipper that is a party to a Throughput and Deficiency Agreement.

  • To declare a Deficient Quantity, Applicant shall submit a request to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and submit payment for the Early Exit Fee at that time, which is calculated as the product of the Deficient Quantity, multiplied by the Incentive Rate, multiplied by ten percent (10%), multiplied by the remaining full Capability Periods of the contract (keeping in mind that notice of a Deficient Quantity must be provided prior to November 1st of the calendar year prior to a Capability Period).

  • Lessee will also pay to Lessor, as Supplemental Rent, on demand, interest at the Incentive Rate on any part of any Basic Rent not paid when due and on any other payment of Supplemental Rent not paid when due or demanded by Lessor in accordance with the terms hereof for the period for which the same shall become due until the same shall be paid.

Incentive Rate means either Incentive Rate 1, or Incentive Rate 2, Incentive Rate 3, or Incentive Rate 4, as set forth in Item No. 130.
