Inappropriate behaviour means disrespectful behaviour, sexual harassment, harassment, bullying and/or violence;

Inappropriate behaviour means behaviour that obstructs or interferes with the lawful free use and enjoyment of Municipal Facilities or participation in Municipal Services, programs or events, or that compromises the safety and well-being of others, including Municipal Staff, volunteers and members of the public. For the purposes of this Bylaw, Inappropriate Behaviour includes:
Inappropriate behaviour means the behaviour of a participant in road traffic that does not control his/her behaviour or behaves indecently, failing to comply with the traffic rules and regulations or signs provided by the police officers, as well as the signs given by other authorized official persons on the road;
Inappropriate behaviour. Means any behaviour that is not in accordance with Code of Ethics for the South Australian Public Sector, Code of Conduct for officers and firefighters (Schedule 2, Fire and Emergency Services Act 2005), South Australian Public Sector values and behaviour framework, MFS Doctrine, MFS values and relevant State and National legislation (and their successors).
Inappropriate behaviour means physical or non-physical behaviour that a student considers inappropriate.
Inappropriate behaviour. We kindly ask that you respect other guests and Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa employees and refrain from any improper, violent or abusive behaviour and any illegal conduct at all times during your stay. We reserve the right to eject you from the premises and cancel the remainder of your stay in the event that you fail to respect this policy.
Inappropriate behaviour means conduct that is unwarranted and is reasonably interpreted to be demeaning or offensive. Persistent, repeated inappropriate behaviour can become a form of harassment and thereby become disruptive, and subject to treatment as “disruptive behaviour.”

  • Abuse means one or more of the following:

  • Harassment means engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome". ref: Ontario Human Rights Code, Sec. 10 (1)

  • Violent felony means any offense that, if committed by an adult, would constitute a felony and:

  • Workplace Harassment means engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct against a worker in a workplace that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome”. Ref: Occupational Health and Safety Act, Sec. 1 (1). The employee rights set out above shall be interpreted within the context of the Ontario Human Rights Code. An employee who believes that she has been harassed, contrary to this provision shall be encouraged by both parties to follow the Employer’s policy on harassment and process. Failing resolution, an employee may follow the process set out in the Complaint, Grievance and Arbitration procedure in Article 8 of the Collective Agreement. The employee shall be encouraged by both parties to exhaust these processes prior to filing a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

  • Serious means violations that either result in one or more neg- ative outcomes and significant actual harm to residents that does not constitute imminent danger, or there is a reasonable predictability of recurring actions, practices, situations, or incidents with potential for causing significant harm to a resident, or both.

  • Sexual harassment means conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following:

  • Offense means a felony, gross misdemeanor, or crime of moral turpitude.

  • Victim means a person that domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking has been committed against as defined in this Article.

  • Harassment, intimidation, or bullying means any gesture, any written, verbal or physical act, or any electronic communication, as defined in N.J.S.A. 18A:37-14, whether it be a single incident or a series of incidents that:

  • Victims rights agency" means a public agency, or part thereof,

  • Sexual abuse means actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions.

  • Dishonest or Fraudulent Act means any dishonest or fraudulent act, including “larceny and embezzlement” as defined in Section 37 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, committed with the conscious manifest intent (1) to cause the Insured to sustain a loss and (2) to obtain financial benefit for the perpetrator or any other person (other than salaries, commissions, fees, bonuses, awards, profit sharing, pensions or other employee benefits). A Dishonest or Fraudulent Act does not mean or include a reckless act, a negligent act, or a grossly negligent act.

  • Sexual penetration means vaginal intercourse, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anal intercourse between persons or insertion of the hand, finger, or object into the anus or vagina either by the actor or upon the actor's instruction. The depth of insertion shall not be relevant to the question of commission of the crime;

  • Improper influence means any influence that induces or tends to induce a PHA/IHA employee or officer to give consideration or to act regarding a PHA/IHA contract on any basis other than the merits of the matter.
