Examples of In-Home Services in a sentence
The number assigned to an individual HCW/PSW through one of the State Provider Database Systems when the Department of Human Services (DHS)/Oregon Health Authority (OHA)/Aging and People with Disabilities (APD)/Area Agency on Aging (AAA) or Children’s Intensive In-Home Services (CIIS)/Brokerage/Community Developmental Disabilities Program (CDDP) or Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) office approves a HCW/PSW to work.
All financial and timekeeping records and all other documentation pertaining to services rendered under this Agreement shall be made available to DHS, OHA, the Recipient’s case managing Community Developmental Disability Program (CDDP), Recipient’s brokerage, Children’s Intensive In-Home Services (CIIS), Oregon Department of Justice Medicaid Fraud Unit, the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office and the federal government, and their duly authorized representatives to examine, audit and make copies upon demand.
NBI offers optional chargeable In-Home services in relation to any work carried out beyond the demarcation point as detailed in the published In-Home Services Product Description.
Case Managers explore available community supports and programs and only authorize In-Home Services when no other funding source is available.
RAFH service recipients will transfer to the In-Home Services program.
