If the complaint involves a Managing Director then the complaint is to be addressed to the Impartiality Committee.
Impartiality: Making decisions and providing advice on merit and without bias, favouritism or self- interest; objectively considering all relevant facts and fair criteria.
To that end, the Contractor shall submit a written plan to DCH within five (5) Business Days of Contract Award in which it outlines its Impartiality and Independence Policies and Procedures relating to how it monitors and enforces Contractor and Subcontractor impartiality and independence.
The complaint will then be reviewed and investigated by the Impartiality Committee.
Any decision made, or action taken, will be formally communicated by the Chairman of the Impartiality Committee.
