Imaged Document definition

Imaged Document has the meaning specified in Section 19.18.

Imaged Document has the meaning set forth in Section 26.2.

Examples of Imaged Document in a sentence

• Review time by the Owner and/or Engineer during which Contractor can undertake none of the administrative tasks shall not be counted as part of this time period.

• Neither Party shall object to the admissibility of the Imaged Document on the basis that such were not originated or maintained in documentary form under either the hearsay rule, the best evidence rule or other rule of evidence.
