IIPI definition
IIPI means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including, but not limited to “personally identifiable financial information” as that term is defined in 12 CFR Part 1016.

In accordance with the requirements of the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 1999, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, Valley Financial (i) maintains the security and confidentiality of customer records and information; (ii) protects against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such records; and (iii) protects against unauthorized access to or use of such records or information, which could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer.
