IFB definition

IFB means an Invitation for Bid issued by the District at any time or times, identified by a unique bid number. “Bidder” means a person or entity submitting a bid to the District in response to an IFB; including successful Bidders who may also be referred to as “Contractor”.
IFB means the Invitation for Bids for (solicitation title) Solicitation # (solicitation number), and any addenda thereto issued in writing by the State.
