IDTA definition

IDTA means the International Data Transfer Agreement issued by the ICO and laid before Parliament in accordance with s119A of the Data Protection Xxx 0000 on 2 February 2022, as modified by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office from time to time.
IDTA means International Data Transfer Agreement issued under Section 119A of the UK DPA and following approval by the UK parliament, came into force on 21 March 2022;
