IDTA definition

IDTA means the International Data Transfer Agreement issued by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”) and laid before Parliament in accordance with s119A of the Data Protection Act 2018 on 2 February 2022, as modified by the ICO from time to time.
IDTA means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries in the form approved from time to time by the EU Commission or other relevant government, regulatory, or supervisory authority.
IDTA means the international data transfer agreement published by the Information Commissioner’s Office, as is required under Data Protection Law in the UK to permit international transfers of Personal Data;
