IDERA definition

IDERA means the Irrevocable Deregistration and Export Request Authorization executed in favor of the Lessor and in the form annexed as an Annex to the Protocol.
IDERA means an irrevocable deregistration and export request authorization pursuant to and for the purposes of the Cape Town Convention;

IDERA means an irrevocable deregistration and export request authority in the form set out in Annex 1 to the Convention.
