Identified Products definition

Identified Products means products that are identified in terms of section 18(1)(a) of the Act and published in the Government Gazette by the Minister;
Identified Products means the following products: ▇▇▇▇(R) oxybutynin, DUROS(TM) leuprolide, ▇▇▇▇(R) methylphenidate, IUTS progesterone, D-TRANS(TM) testosterone matrix, E-TRANS(TM) LHRH and E-TRANS(TM) (skin interface technology) insulin.
Identified Products means, upon the closing of ALZA's purchase of the outstanding shares of Therapeutic Discovery Corporation, the following products: OROSr oxybutynin, DUROST leuprolide, OROSr methylphenidate, IUTS pr▇▇▇▇▇▇rone, D-TRANST testosterone matrix, E-TRANST LHRH and E-TRANST (skin interface technology) insulin.

Identified Products means siRNA or Antisense Compounds, whether developed prior to, on, or after the Effective Date, that:

Identified Products. As set forth in Section 4.1, Crescendo shall fund the Development Costs under ALZA- approved Work Plans for each of the Identified Products during the period from the date on which TDC ceased funding such products through October 31, 1997.
