All Disagreements regarding Title Defects, Identified Claims, Defect Values, Environmental Defects and Environmental Defect Values shall have been finally resolved in accordance with this Agreement.
All disputes among the Parties regarding Title Defects, Identified Claims, Defect Values, Environmental Defects or Environmental Defect Values, or calculation of the Final Statement or revisions thereto (“Disagreements”) shall be exclusively and finally resolved pursuant to this Article XIV.
