ICT Policy definition

ICT Policy means the Customer's ICT policy in force as at the Call Off Commencement Date (a copy of which has been supplied to the Supplier), as updated from time to time in accordance with the Variation Procedure; [Guidance Note: if the Customer wants the Supplier to comply with its ICT Policy, ensure it is handed over to the Customer BEFORE the Call Off Commencement Date]
ICT Policy means the Customer's policy in respect of information and communications technology, referred to in the Call Off Order Form, which is in force as at the Call Off Commencement Date (a copy of which has been supplied to the Supplier), as updated from time to time in accordance with the Variation Procedure;
ICT Policy means the Customer's policy in respect of information and communications technology, referred to in the Contract Order Form, which is in force as at the Contract Commencement Date (a copy of which has been supplied to the Supplier), as updated from time to time.

Examples of ICT Policy in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall be responsible for the effective performance of its security obligations and shall at all times provide a level of security which: is in accordance with the Law and this Contract ; as a minimum demonstrates Good Industry Practice; meets any specific security threats of immediate relevance to the Goods and/or Services and/or the Customer Data; and complies with the Customer’s ICT Policy.
