Examples of ICF/IID in a sentence
Patient liability applies to members who reside in a nursing home or Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID) for 30 or more consecutive days or are likely to reside there for 30 or more consecutive days.
Package A members requiring long-term care in a nursing facility or Intermediate Care Facility for the Individuals with Intellectual Disability (ICF/IID) must be disenrolled from the Hoosier Healthwise program and converted an appropriate IHCP eligibility category.
The Contractor is responsible for payment for up to sixty (60) calendar days for its members placed in an ICF/IID while the level of care determination is pending.
For Members who become Nursing Home, or ICF/IID, Residents on or after the fifteenth (15th) day of a month, the Contractor will be allowed to keep the monthly capitation payment for that Member.
Once the Medicaid office has completed the nursing home, or ICF/IID, application process, and the long-term care segment has been entered, the Member will automatically be closed out of MississippiCAN Enrollment, with a closure date of one (1) day prior to the admission date.
