Mental health or substance use disorders are those that are listed in the most updated volume of either: • the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) published by the American Psychiatric Association; or • the International Classification of Disease Manual (ICD) published by the World Health Organization.
Collaborator and ICD will use reasonable efforts to keep descriptions of CRADA Materials confidential until published or until corresponding Patent Applications are filed.
ICD may, at its option, retain funds transferred to ICD before unilateral termination by Collaborator for use in completing the Research Plan.
Either ICD or Collaborator may unilaterally terminate this CRADA at any time by providing written notice at least sixty (60) days before the desired termination date.
Any Collaborator employees who will work at ICD facilities will be required to sign a Guest Researcher or Special Volunteer Agreement appropriately modified in view of the terms of this CRADA.
