  • Registrar grants Verisign a non-exclusive, royalty-free, nontransferable (except to ICANN or its designee pursuant to Verisign’s Registry Agreement with ICANN) worldwide limited license to the Required Data Elements: (a) for use as required or permitted by technical specifications of the Registry System as made available to Registrar by Verisign from time to time; and/or (b) for use and display as required or permitted by Verisign's Registry Agreement with ICANN, as may be amended from time to time.
