Examples of IACS in a sentence
When required by the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) rules, and in keeping with the Vessel’s dry dock schedule (not to exceed five (5) years in interval), Owners agree to carry out a Secondary Barrier Tightness Test (“SBTT”) in accordance with approved Gaztransport & Technigaz (“GTT”) procedures.
All copper conductors shall be composed of high conductivity electrolytic copper having a conductivity of not less than 99.9 per cent of the International Agreed Copper Standard (IACS).
The contractor will provide Information Assurance/Cybersecurity (IA/CS) support including testing, mitigation, annual IA/CS compliance, sustainment, vulnerability and risk management, system engineering support, and preparation, processing, and submission of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages in accordance with the references in DED A042 “Cybersecurity and System Administration”.
The Vessel is and will always continue to be classed in the highest class with a Classification Society member of IACS and approved by the Bank free of all recommendations notations or average damage affecting class and will be insured in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Owners have the option to change classification within the IACS group for important reasons only.
