Hurdle definition

Hurdle means the per share closing price of Parent Ordinary Shares or Purchaser Ordinary Shares at which the Parent Promote or Purchaser Promote, respectively, vest based on any 20 trading days within a 30 trading day period following the consummation of the Transaction.
Hurdle means the issue price increased, from admission, at a rate of 10 per cent per annum, compounded annually as at the last business day of each performance period (pro-rated, in the case of the first performance period, from the date of admission).

Hurdle means the closing price of a Common Share on 17 January 2020 multiplied by the CAGR for the period from (and including) 21 January 2020 to the earlier of:
Hurdle means the Target Share Price which the Ordinary Share Price is required to 'reach' or exceed in value for at least thirty (30) Dealing Days during the Performance Period and which the Board is required, pursuant to Article 9.3, to specify and record in the relevant Board Minutes in respect of an award (issue or transfer) of B Ordinary Shares (or each B Sub-Class, as applicable).
