Contractor shall support the development, implementation, and administration of a health, safety, security and environment program (the “HSSE Program”) consistent with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (“OSHA”) and shall take all actions necessary or advisable to ensure the HSSE Program is in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Contractor shall report any HSSE-related incident and near misses at weekly HSSE meetings for review and discussion.
Owner has reviewed the HSSE Program and confirms its approval; provided, however, that Owner may at any time require Contractor to amend the HSSE Program during the Work if it is not in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement.
The individual(s) responsible for implementing the HSSE Program shall be identified by Contractor to Owner.
