Contractor shall report any HSSE-related incident and near misses at weekly HSSE meetings for review and discussion.
The individual(s) responsible for implementing the HSSE Program shall be identified by Contractor to Owner.
If Owner approves the HSSE Program, or Owner does not approve or provide comments on the HSSE Program within such thirty (30) Day period, then Contractor may proceed to implement such HSSE Program; provided, however, that Owner may at any time require Contractor to amend the HSSE Program if it is not in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, including those set forth in Exhibit U.
