As part of the QLSP Service, Qwest combines the Network Elements that make up QLSP Service with analog/digital capable Loops, with such Loops (including services such as line splitting) being provided in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions of the CLEC’s ICAs. CLEC may also purchase Qwest Commercial High Speed Internet (HSI) Service (also known as Qwest Digital Subscriber Line® (DSL)), under a separate Services agreement, to be used with compatible QLSP Service.
We will provision qualified HSI lines at the maximum line rate available to your location based on our standard line qualification procedures, unless you have selected a level of service with a lower maximum line rate.

If your HSI Service is terminated for any reason prior to the end of the first year of service and you received Equipment from Verizon, you must return the Equipment to Verizon or you will be charged for the Equipment.
