HSCA definition

HSCA means the Health and Social Care ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; Information Law the DPA, the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC; regulations and guidance made under section 13S and section 251 of the NHS Act; guidance made or given under sections 263 and 265 of the HSCA; the Freedom of Information ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; the common law duty of confidentiality; the Human Rights ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and all other applicable laws and regulations relating to processing of Personal Data and privacy; Law means any applicable law, statute, bye-law, regulation, direction, order, regulatory policy, guidance or code, rule of court or directives or requirements of any regulatory body, delegated or subordinate legislation or notice of any regulatory body (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Premises Costs Directions, the Statement of Financial Entitlements Directions and the Primary Medical Services (Directed Enhanced Services) Directions 2014 as amended from time to time);

  • Respondent shall perform all work conducted pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with HSCA, the Regulations, the guidance documents, and applicable professional standards.
