HP Products means any and all products and services of the businesses in which HP or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliated Companies is now or hereafter engaged (including the business of making (but not having made) Third Party products for Third Parties when HP, its Subsidiaries or Affiliated Companies is acting as a contract manufacturer or foundry for such Third Parties).
