Honor Date definition
Honor Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(c)(i).

Honor Date means the date of any payment by an L/C Issuer under a Letter of Credit.
Examples of Honor Date in a sentence
If the L/C Issuer notifies the Borrower after 1:00 p.m. on the applicable Honor Date, the Borrower shall reimburse the L/C Issuer through the Administrative Agent in an amount equal to the amount of such drawing not later than 11:00 a.m. on the Business Day immediately after such Honor Date.
If the Borrower fails to so reimburse the L/C Issuer by such day and time, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of the Honor Date, the amount of the unreimbursed drawing (the “Unreimbursed Amount”), and the amount of such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Applicable Percentage thereof (after giving effect to any reallocation pursuant to Section 2.15(b)).
