Homes Passed means the total of (a) the number of single family residences capable of being serviced without further line construction; (b) the number of units in multi-family residential buildings capable of being serviced without further line construction; and (c) the number of then current commercial service accounts regardless of the number of units serviced or the equivalent billing units.

Homes Passed means each residential home or dwelling unit, including each residential single-family home and individual dwelling unit within a multi-family complex, that can be connected to a System, such that such home or unit could subscribe to Basic Services, High Speed Internet Services or Voice Services through the addition of a drop cable of 500 feet or less (if necessary), without the need of otherwise further extending the distribution plant.
Homes Passed means residences that are connected (i.e., a residence with an installed cable "drop" from a Committed System or which is eligible for such cable "drop" by virtue of a Committed System passing such residence) to the cable RF Plant/head-ends of a Committed System, regardless of whether the persons residing in such residences subscribe to cable TV services.
