@Home Service means, with respect to an Access Number, Wireless Service provided in the Home Service Area applicable to such Access Number.

@Home Service means the @HOME Network broadband service offering of Internet access for personal computers created by @Home and @Home's Distribution Affiliates in connection with @Home's provision of Internet access via the cable infrastructure and delivered to paying @Home residential PC service subscribers at speeds in excess of 128kbs as of the Effective Date.

@Home Service means the facility provided by the Company to facilitate sample collection at the Customer’s door step.

@Home Service means with respect to an MSO Customer, the high speed Internet service offered by the Company to such MSO Customer as of November 30, 2001, including, without limitation, provisioning new customers, provided, however, that (i) there will be no provisioning of new customers in new markets or in existing markets during the ten days preceding the scheduled transition of customers off the Company's network in that market, and (ii) If the Company must incur any new capital costs in order to satisfy its obligations with respect to provisioning new customers, the Company agrees to promptly notify such MSO Customer of the costs involved. If the Company and such MSO Customer are unable to mutually agree on the need, amount or payment of such new capital costs, then unless such provisioning is technically impossible without incurring new capital expenditures; Company agrees that, notwithstanding such failure to agree, it will continue to provision new customers (without making new capital expenditures) as requested by such MSO Customer and such MSO Customer acknowledges that the quality of the @Home Service may diminish by the addition of such new customer; "AT&T" shall mean AT&T Corp., its affiliates and subsidiaries (other than the Company) and its officers and directors, agents, representatives and advisors;

@Home Service means the facility provided by CDC to facilitate sample collection at the Customer's door step.

@Home Service means the basic information, communication, entertainment and other Internet services offered by @Home to residential subscribers through its cable operators at data rate speeds of greater than 128kbps. The @Home Service does not include any premium services that may be offered to residential subscribers at a separate suggested retail price in addition to the @Home Service.

@Home Service means @Home's International subscription broadband service offering.

@Home Service means all electronic information and/or navigation services provided via the Internet or any successor public data networks, including, without limitation, all related points of presence on such networks that are created or maintained by @Home for general use by subscribers of @Home and @Home's Distribution Affiliates.

@Home Service means the Public Service of the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania but excludes Tanzania foreign service;
