Holdco Debt definition

Holdco Debt means unsecured Indebtedness incurred by ITG or any Holding Company of ITG that is not secured by the assets of, or guaranteed by, any Credit Party.
Holdco Debt means those Debt Obligations set forth on Schedule 1.01(k).
Holdco Debt means any Indebtedness of Holdco, any Permitted Affiliate Holdco or one or more of its Subsidiaries (other than a member of the Bank Group or any Bank Group Excluded Subsidiary), incurred in the form of:
