Historical Liquidation Report definition

Historical Liquidation Report. A report substantially containing the information described in Exhibit S attached hereto, setting forth, among other things, as of the close of business on the Determination Date immediately preceding the preparation of such report, (i) the aggregate amount of Liquidation Proceeds and expenses relating to each Final Recovery Determination made, both during the related Collection Period and historically, and (ii) the amount of Realized Losses occurring during the related Collection Period, set forth on a Mortgage Loan-by-Mortgage Loan basis.
Historical Liquidation Report. A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Historical Liquidation Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be promulgated as recommended by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "Historical Liquidation Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable.
