Hire Contract definition

Hire Contract means the contract for the hire of goods as a consequence of which the mortgagor and the supplier are deemed by section 10(3)(f) of the Code to have entered into this mortgage.
Hire Contract means any hire transaction between the Company and the Hirer particularised in the quotation to which these conditions are attached.
Hire Contract means the DYNATON LTD contract which sets out the specific equipment and daily hire rate to be hired to the Customer pursuant to these Terms and Conditions of Hire.
