Highly-Sensitive Personal Information definition

Highly-Sensitive Personal Information means information provided to Seller by or at the direction of Buyer that includes an (i) individual’s government-issued identification number (including social security number, driver’s license number or state-issued number); (ii) financial account number, credit card number, debit card number, credit report information, with or without any required security code, access code, personal identification number or password, that would permit access to an individual’s financial account; or (iii) biometric or health data.
Highly-Sensitive Personal Information means (i) an individual’s government-issued identification number (including social security number, driver’s license number, or other state-issued identification number); (ii) financial account number, credit card number, debit card number, credit report information, with or without any required security code, access code, personal identification number, or password that would permit access to an individual’s financial account; or (iii) biometric or health data, (iv) birth date.
Highly-Sensitive Personal Information means an (i) individual's government-issued identification number (including Social Security number, driver's license number, or state-issued identification number); (ii) financial account number, credit card number, debit card number, or credit report information, with or without any required security code, access code, personal identification number, or password that would permit access to an individual's financial account; (iii) biometric, genetic, health, medical, or medical insurance data; or (iv) geolocation data.
