Highlands or the “Company”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (“Executive”).

Highlands means Park at Highlands LLC, a Colorado limited liability company and a Subsidiary of Wellsford REIT.

Highlands means Highlands Ethanol, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Highlands means Wellsford Park Highlands Corporation, a Colorado corporation and a Subsidiary of WRP.
