Highest definition

Highest means the highest Quotation obtained by the Calculation Agent with respect to any Valuation Date; or
Highest means the highest Quotation obtained by the Calculation Agent with respect to the Valuation Date.
Highest means, in respect of any Reference Obligation, the highest Quotation obtained by the Calculation Agent with respect to such Reference Obligation and such Valuation Date. If no such Valuation Method is specified in the related Confirmation, the Valuation Method shall be Highest.

  • The bid with the highest rank shall be identified as the Highest Rated Bid.

  • If the rate of interest (determined without regard to the preceding sentence) under this Agreement at any time exceeds the Highest Lawful Rate, the outstanding amount of the Loans made hereunder shall bear interest at the Highest Lawful Rate until the total amount of interest due hereunder equals the amount of interest which would have been due hereunder if the stated rates of interest set forth in this Agreement had at all times been in effect.

More Definitions of Highest

Highest means the highest Quotation obtained by the Calculation Agent with respect to the Valuation Date. If no such Valuation Method is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Valuation Method shall be Highest.
Highest means, with respect to only one Reference Obligation and only one Valuation Date, the highest Quotation obtained by the Calculation Agent (or in accordance with the definition of “Quotation”) with respect to any Valuation Date;
