High Density Residential definition

High Density Residential means a residential building other than low density residential;
High Density Residential means land uses with multi-family residential housing, or parcels zoned for high density residential use (i.e., R-3, R-4, etc., as defined in the Campbell County Zoning Regulations, Chapter 7 of the Campbell County Rules and Regulations).
