High Courts definition

High Courts means the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat having jurisdiction in relation to the Amalgamating Company and the Hon’ble High Court of Calcutta having jurisdiction in relation to the Amalgamated Company. It is hereby clarified that in the event that the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 pertaining to scheme(s) of arrangement(s) become applicable and effective for the purposes of this Scheme, all reference to the High Court(s) shall be deemed to include reference to the National Company Law Tribunal constituted under the Companies Act, 2013.
High Courts means the High Court of Gujarat having jurisdiction in relation to the Transferor Company and the High Court of Judicature at Bombay having jurisdiction in relation to the Transferee Company and shall include the National Company Law Tribunal, as applicable or such other forum or authority as may be vested with any of the powers of a High Court under the Act;
High Courts means the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad and the Mumbai High Court and/or, as the case may be, the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench and National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench.
