HIE definition

HIE is defined in Recital B of the Agreement.
HIE shall have the same meaning as that term is defined in Nev. Rev. Stat. § 439.584.

More Definitions of HIE

HIE means the health information system(s) to exchange and use clinical information and data regarding the PPS Patient Population.
HIE means health information exchange and may be used as either a noun or verb. Please note that for purposes of the No Information Blocking Policy in Section 8, the term HIE has the meaning set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 171.10.
