Heritage area definition

Heritage area means the whole of the area comprising the areas specified in the schedule and includes such other area as may be notified by the State Government from time to time but excluding the area referred to as protected area under the Ancient Monuments and Historical sites and Remains Act, 1958 (Central Act 24 of 1958);
Heritage area means a developed area of public and private uses that:
