Hedging Document means the documents entered into between a Hedging Bank and a member of the Group for the purposes of implementing a hedging arrangement in respect of a Treasury Transaction.

Hedging Document has the meaning given to it in the Priority Agreement.

Hedging Document means any master agreement, confirmation, schedule or other agreement, entered into or to be entered into by a Borrower and a Hedge Counterparty for the purpose of hedging the types of liabilities and/or risks in relation to the Facilities which, at the time that that master agreement, confirmation, schedule or other agreement (as the case may be) is entered into, is required or permitted to be hedged by the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Hedging Document

Hedging Document means each ISDA master agreement, confirmation or other document evidencing any hedging facility provided by a Hedging Bank to an Obligor, which facility is specified in Schedule 4 (Hedging Banks and Hedging Documents) or where the counterparty has become a Hedging Bank in accordance with Clause 5.1 (Accession of Hedging Banks) and the Hedging Security Documents (collectively, the “Hedging Documents”).

Hedging Document means any master agreement, confirmation, schedule or other agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender entered into by a Borrower and the Lender as hedge counterparty for the purpose of hedging interest rate liabilities and/or any exchange rate or other risks in relation to Facility B in accordance with Clause 22.27(b) (Treasury Transactions).

Hedging Document means any document governing the terms of any interest rate or currency exchange, swap, cap, collar or other arrangement for hedging risk entered into by any member of the Group, including all documents evidencing or supporting the interest rate hedging arrangements referred to in the Hedging Policy Letter (as defined in the Facility Agreement) and “Hedging Documents” means all such documents;

Hedging Document means any agreement, contract, instrument or other document entered into by BMG and MBL, or provided by BMG in favour of MBL, in implementation of or otherwise in connection with a Hedging Arrangement; and

Hedging Document means each Swap Contract and each Treasury Services Agreement (in each case as defined in the Senior Facility Agreement) entered into or to be entered into between an Obligor and a Hedging Bank listed in Schedule 2 (The Original Hedging Banks) or under Clause 32.2 (Accession of Hedging Banks).

Hedging Document means a Hedging Agreement or any document entered into under or in connection with it.

Hedging Document means any interest or currency rate protection agreement or other financial hedging arrangement entered or to be entered into by MCL with a Hedging Bank Agreed Hedging Policy pursuant to the Hedging Policy.
