Hedging Document definition

Hedging Document means any master agreement, confirmation, schedule or other agreement, entered into or to be entered into by a Borrower and a Hedge Counterparty for the purpose of hedging the types of liabilities and/or risks in relation to the Facilities which, at the time that that master agreement, confirmation, schedule or other agreement (as the case may be) is entered into, is required or permitted to be hedged by the terms of this Agreement.
Hedging Document has the meaning given to it in the Priority Agreement.

  • Hedging Documents means:(a) any hedging arrangements entered or to be entered into by any member of the Group in accordance with or as permitted by this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Hedging Letter; and (b) any other hedging arrangements designated a Hedging Document by the Facility Agent and the Company.

Hedging Document means any document governing the terms of any interest rate or currency exchange, swap, cap, collar or other arrangement for hedging risk entered into by any member of the Group, including all documents evidencing or supporting the interest rate hedging arrangements referred to in the Hedging Policy Letter (as defined in the Facility Agreement) and “Hedging Documents” means all such documents;
Hedging Document means each ISDA master agreement, confirmation or other document evidencing any hedging facility provided by a Hedging Bank to an Obligor, which facility is specified in Schedule 4 (Hedging Banks and Hedging Documents) or where the counterparty has become a Hedging Bank in accordance with Clause 5.1 (Accession of Hedging Banks) and the Hedging Security Documents (collectively, the “Hedging Documents”).
Hedging Document means any interest or currency rate protection agreement or other financial hedging arrangement entered or to be entered into by MCL with a Hedging Bank Agreed Hedging Policy pursuant to the Hedging Policy.
Hedging Document means each document entered into or to be entered into between an Obligor and a Hedging Bank listed in Schedule 2 (The Original Hedging Banks) or approved by the Security Agent under Clause 32.2 (Accession of Hedging Banks), in each case, in accordance with Clause 4.2(b) (Hedging Documents).

Hedging Document means any agreement relating to the hedging of interest rate and/or currency exposure entered into pursuant to the Hedging Policy.
