Hedging Bank definition

Hedging Bank means (a) any Person that is the Administrative Agent or a Lender or an Affiliate of the Administrative Agent or a Lender at the time that it becomes a party to a Hedging Agreement with any Loan Party and (b) the Administrative Agent or any Lender or Affiliate of the Administrative Agent or a Lender that is party to a Hedging Agreement with any Loan Party in existence on the Closing Date, in each case to the extent permitted by Section 8.8.
Hedging Bank means (i) each Lender or an affiliate of a Lender which enters or has entered into a Hedging Agreement with a member of the Group.
Hedging Bank means any (i) Lender or (ii) Affiliate of a Lender which has delivered an Accession Letter in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Letter) in each case which has entered into a hedging arrangement with any member of the Group in respect of a Treasury Transaction.

Hedging Bank means a person which:
