Hedge Treasury Note(s) definition

Hedge Treasury Note(s) means, with respect to any Accepted Note, the United States Treasury Note or Notes whose duration (as determined by Prudential) most closely matches the duration of such Accepted Note.
Hedge Treasury Note(s) means, with respect to any Accepted Note, the United States Treasury Note or Notes whose duration (as determined by MetLife) most closely matches the duration of such Accepted Note.
Hedge Treasury Note(s) means, with respect to any Accepted Note, the United States Treasury Note or Notes whose average life (as determined by PIM) most closely matches the average life of such Accepted Note.

Hedge Treasury Note(s) means, with respect to any Accepted Note, the United States Treasury Note or Notes whose duration (as reasonably determined by Prudential) most closely matches the duration of such Accepted Note.

The price and/or yield of the Hedge Treasury Note(s) will be determined by Prudential by reference to such price and/or yield as reported by TradeWeb LLC (or, if such data for any reason ceases to be available through TradeWeb LLC, any publicly available source of similar market data), on the date of determination.
